Frequently asked questions

Who is this option for?

A junior player together with an adult who is not a full member of Four Seasons Racquet Club.

Does my child need to have played tennis before?

Junior programs at clubs generally start with complete beginners and go up from there, with players grouped by age and ability. Ask us which group is the right fit for your child.

What does a junior need to bring to tennis?

Usually a racquet of the right size for the child, court shoes with non marking soles, and water. Clubs often have loaner racquets for beginners, so ask us first if you do not own one yet.

Do juniors use regular tennis balls?

Younger and newer players normally use low compression red, orange, or green dot balls on smaller courts. The ball bounces lower and travels slower, which makes rallying possible much sooner. Older and stronger juniors move to standard yellow balls on a full court.

Can the adult play too?

That depends on what court access this option includes. Contact the club to confirm before signing up.

How do I sign up?

Get in touch with the club and we will confirm availability and the right group for your junior.
