A fixture at Four Seasons Racquet Club since 1992, Chris Damone is recognized as one of the premier tennis instructors and coaches in the state. As Director of Adult Programming, Chris brings unmatched energy, passion and a contagious enthusiasm to every session- traits that have defined his decades- long career.A proud member of USPTA and Wilson Advisory staff, Chris has had a significant impact on tennis development at both the club and high school levels. As Head Coach of the Wilton High School Boys Varsity team, he has built a championship program over 14 seasons. Under his leadership, Wilton captured the 2023 State Championship Title, and his players have earned 3 doubles and 5 singles State titles.Chris’s coaching excellence has been widely recognized, earning him three major coaching honors: 1997 USPTA New England High School Coach of the Year, 2020 FCIAC High School Coach of the Year, 2021 Connecticut State High School Coach of the YearA passionate supporter of the sport’s rising stars, Chris is an avid fan of Carlos Alcaraz and continues to inspire players of all levels with his deep love of the game.
