Mike has spent 30 years perfecting his systematic approach to developing players from ages 4 to college and has players competing at the highest levels. Mike has coached at top NCAA programs including the University of Georgia and Kansas University. While coaching at University of Georgia Mike worked and traveled with players on the ATP circuit as well with some of the best junior players in the world, reaching USTA National Championships, NCAA Championships, and US Open qualifying rounds. While his credentials are impressive, they pale in comparison to his vision, attention to detail, high standards of instruction, and unwavering dedication to his craft. Chris has been a member of the Four Seasons team since 1992. He is certified by the USPTA and a member of the Wilson Advisory Staff. Recognized as one of the leading instructors/coaches in the state, Chris is a three-time High School Coach of the Year leading the Ridgefield Tigers to an impressive 147-67 win/loss during his tenure. Currently the Wilton Boy's Varsity coach, Chris has coached 3 doubles state champions, and 5 singles state champions during over twenty years of coaching high school tennis. Chris is the Four Seasons Director of Adult Programming and brings an energy and enthusiasm that is totally contagious!
Jamie began her tennis teaching career in 2014 and became a full-time member of the Four Seasons Professional Staff in 2020. A graduate of Ridgefield High School, Jamie went on to play for Emerson College before transferring to the University of Colorado where her team won the sectional championships three years in a row. After graduating from college, she worked at the Carmel Valley Tennis Camp before joining the Four Seasons team. A fabulous young pro, Jamie is currently the Head Coach for the Ridgefield Boys Varsity Tennis team.
Gui (pronounced like “Gee”) Oliveira is a graduate of The University of Mount Olive where he majored in Finance and Accounting. During his college career, Gui won Second -Team All-Conference in 2021, Most valuable player Conference Carolinas 2021, Conference Carolinas champion 2021 and Regular season champion 2021, Conference Carolinas doubles champion in 2022. Gui was Nationally ranked in singles and doubles for two consecutive years. Gui has completed the PTR level 1 Certification. Last but not least, Gui has played several international tournaments before coming to college and was ranked 700 in the world juniors. Jason Franzen joined the Four Seasons team in 2022. A former No. 1 singles and doubles player at Gettysburg College, Jason has taught at the prestigious Saddlebrook Tennis Academy in Florida and the Vintage Club in California. A coach on both the ATP and WTA professional tours, Jason spent time with Bethanie Mattek-Sands, helping her move her world ranking from 154 to 30. Jason will be working with both our junior and adult programs.
A teaching professional for over 25 years, Cat joined the Four Seasons professional staff in 2011. Born in 1967 Bucharest Romania, Cat played both competitive tennis and soccer throughout his junior years. At the age of 18, he joined the Special Forces for two years. Cat dreamed of coming to the United States so after his service to his country was complete, he sold his car to buy a one way ticket to the United States where he started his new life. Cat has taught at the Glastonbury Racquet Club and was the Director of Tennis at the Orchard Hill Club in Glastonbury before coming to Four Seasons. Away from the court, Cat enjoys spending time with his wife Carmen and their two daughters, Emma and Bianca.
Shaun joined the Four Seasons professional staff in 2022. A former collegiate player at the University of Massachusetts, Shaun has been teaching tennis for over 25 years. Aside from tennis lessons and clinics, Shaun is also a strength and conditioning coach, working with many on their tennis fitness.
Adam is originally from Cairo, Egypt where he was ranked #9 and one thousandth in the world. Adam will be joining our team with a focus on the new junior program while also assisting Chris Damone with our adult program. Adam has been playing tennis since he was 9 years old and traveled to several different parts of the world to compete in many tournaments. He recently graduated from the University of Mount Olive with his degree in Business Administration. He has instructed at several Country Clubs and is very excited to build the tennis programs at Four Seasons. In addition to being a Tennis Professional at Four Seasons, Adam will also be assisting with building internal business processes and assisting me with growing Four Seasons. CLICK to email Adam.
Julien is part of our Junior Program team and assists Mike Slattery. Julien was born in Paris, France and has been a Tennis Professional in Fairfield County since 2020. He played college tennis at Point University in Georgia for 4 years and 1 year at Limestone University in South Carolina.

Rob joined the Four Seasons team in 2022. A certified USPTA Elite Professional, Rob comes to Four Seasons with over 20 years of coaching experience. A former Director and Division 1 college coach, Rob has a deep background in the technical aspects of tennis and fitness. Rob will be working with our junior and adult programs.
A proud product of the Norwalk Grassroots Tennis program, Djaly has been with Four Seasons since 2015. Djaly started his tennis career at Norwalk Grassroots and went on to represent the program in competition and, at the age of 14, began volunteering his time as an instructor. A star athlete for Wilton High School, Djaly excelled at football, wrestling and tennis. After graduation, he earned his tennis teaching certification through the Professional Tennis Registry. Currently the coach of the Wilton High School Girls Varsity Tennis team, Djaly has led the team to a winning record every year as well taking them to the league and state championships.
