Four Seasons Racquet Club (“Four Seasons,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs the website at 4seasonstennis.com and manages memberships, court reservations, programs, and payments through CourtReserve, our club management platform. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers information you give us on our website, at the club, and through CourtReserve.

Information we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address, phone number, and mailing address.
- Account and membership information you provide when you join, register for a program, or reserve a court.
- Payment information you enter to pay dues, fees, or lesson charges. Card payments are handled by CourtReserve and its payment processor. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Messages you send us through our contact form, by email, by phone, or by text.
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit the site, such as device type, browser, and pages viewed. We use this to keep the site working and to understand what people find useful.
How we use your information
We use your information to:
- Set up and manage your membership and account.
- Process registrations, court bookings, lessons, and events.

Children
Some of our members are minors who take part in junior programs. A parent or guardian provides and manages that information. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13 through the website without a parent or guardian.
